I kept spamming the pressure plate with a rock and ran backwards to where the secret door opens.
Not sure if that's how it was supposed to be, but that's how I did it =D

Billick entrance:
Put a rock (or whatever) on the pressure plate, then pick it up immediately.

that was one of my favorite puzzles, so extremely simple but very unique and tricky!

Thanks to all involved in this huge and brilliant effort!
Couple of fun facts:
I missed the library challenge completely. Took the other door and couldn't return.
In Komag's 4 slimes room, I managed to find all the secrets but not the regular exit until I searched every single wall and found the note on the statue. I reckon I was supposed to find the exit first but the secrets just kept coming.
I managed to get a new treasure every time I completed Xanathars "Plants vs Zombies"-room, by placing the crown on the altar and removing it again. Probably a bug...
How do I open the door behind me at the very start? Is it possible?
All in all, a fantastic effort! I'll be sure to participate in the next one!

I cannot play this module because Grimwold's room exits with a LUA error. Is there any workaround?

make sure you have last version of Grimrock, it happened to me before cause of it.

Yeah, I've built in some code at the start of my dungeon that checks that your game version is up to date, and if not, teleports you to a tiny room with a scroll that tells you to update the game!
