If I understand well, you are at 2.
The exact way to go is :
at the first door, there is 1 button. push the button.
at the second door, there are 2 buttons. push the 2 buttons.
then go forward 1 time, go backward 1 time and go forward

I'm in an area with several doors that give you help in finding keys and gems. I see no buttons on the walls. At the end of the hall is a door requiring a Gold Key (got that OK) and a door that requires an Ornate Key. Do I have to be somewhere else for this puzzle?

I don't really understand your question....
You have the gold key but you don't have the ornate key ? isn't it ?
Then, the hint for the ornate key is not to apply here.
You must go back to the crystal and go to the door on the right to find it...

Spent a while in your dungeon. I think there's some glitchy stuff going on. For one, it looks pretty weird when temple and dungeon tilesets are meshed together. The illusionary walls look weird as hell when you view them from the backside - those walls clearly weren't meant to be seen from that direction!
Other than that, you've got a lot of good puzzle ideas going on. It's also less easy to circle strafe monsters to death than in the official dungeon. I was a little surprised to find the best bow in the game very early on!

Hrm, so far I'm loving this mod but I seem to be stuck on Level 3. I tried the "dungeon explorer" route but couldn't get past the first door (with the pressure plates that alternate open/close the door) so I did the "fighter way" but it seems to come to a dead end. I went back to the "dungeon explorer" way but am still unable to get past the first door. Any suggestions?

Hey Pandafox, i played to the beginnig of lvl 3, i´ve beaten the fighter´s way now and get norja. I think it was only luck that my party survived^^
This mod is really cool! I´m full motivated. There´s really a smell of DM.
There is that door at lvl 1, that i should remember. Can i go on or can i use one of the brass keys from lv.2 there?

Yes, it was my first dungeon, I didn't understood exactly yet the editor.
I know I made some errors, but I will make a better one with the Chaos key

Try not only to walk on the plates... use objects
The "Fighters way" is not so difficult, anyway you must go there

This mod is fantastic. Can you help, stuck on level7
I think it says"Never ending Pathway" or suchlike. I've tried following the Ice Lizard, walking backwards, changing direction when I get transported, and looked for secret buttons, but can't find my way through this one.
