Hi Duncan1246
I am enjoying your mod so far but need a hint, My party has reached level 4 but one thing I have not found yet is:-
Cannot find a mortar as I have plenty of herbs and cannot use them! Have I missed something? or
is there one in another area.

Hi billb52,
I am glad that you take fun in this mod ... but don't go too fast: I am pretty sure that you haven't explored "Under the Cape", because you find into it plenty of important things... and what you need!!
To add one more clue if necessary, you will find
... not less than 6 mortars in the game, in Under the Cape, Wasteland, Twisted Forest, Underwaste, Octaedron and Candles Tower
Enjoy !

Hey there,
downloaded your mod and got a crash just at the begining.
I imported a custom lvl1 party (created from scratch)
When I tried to cast a fire burst on the first turtle at the begining, the game crashed

Hi Bongobeat,
I have played this mod with different parties without any crash. This bug isn't a bug of the mod but an incompatibility of your imported party with the mod. Perhaps you have made some changes in the attributes of the party, traits by example, so the game can't handle them without some script added in the init.lua. By example, a party created in "Eye of Atlantis" crashes Finisterrae at start. I haven't made any change to the party in the init file, so I am sure that your issue should disappears if you use a standard party, even imported.

Version 1.1 released on Nexus.
Only a few changes: some grammatical fixes, an ornate key and one power gem item left back in testing process deleted.
Please post comments here if you have some questions or issues

It starts with the party in Sunken City instead of Wreck Cape

Silly bug! Thanks for your post, I upload fixed version just now!
EDIT: so, correct version is 1.2.
If you have version 1.1 and you don't want to start again from the beginning, the only way is to use party:setPosition() to enter in the southern part of "Wreck Cape"

Love your mod. Intelligent puzzles but no matter how stubborn I am still there are some that without any clue I cannot complete:
Flame River’s Quarry: What should I place on the altars in the observatory?
Cian’s Mausoleum: How to enter the grave and/or what should I place on the altars to get to that?
Twisted Forest: How to get under the southern bridge (Statues, Treasure)
Underground Cathedral: What should I put on the alcoves for Hearthbeat, Thought, Memory, Human, Bones, Flesh
Underground Cathedral: What should I put on the altars in the rooms with buttons
Underground Cathedral: What should I put on the alcoves to open the gate to the treasure chests
Arcanum Hub: I could not figure out the purpose of the buttons
Sunken City: How to open the southern gate or what to put on the altars that have the symbols Air and Spirit
Under Waste: Where is the key to the door to the force field and how to disable the force field
Loki's cross: What should I put on the altars to get to the sword?
Loki's cross: How to open the door. I suppose put something on the altars in the middle, but what?

Forum was 3 days down, so my answer is late...
First, thanks for your comments!
FRQ:
the nine essences... but it's only possible after you have explored the Mountain of the Eight, to have the spirit essence and to know what to do after
Cian's m.:
each time you solve two puzzles, you obtain one access to the central room and you have to place one power gem on the pedestal. When the four power gems are placed, the force fields disappears and you are in
Twisted F.:
the access is in the Fir Bolg temple on the hill, near the healing crystal. You have to put something on the altar
Underground C.:
the solution is given by a scroll in the castle above; you have to use the carved runes
Arcanum:
if you are speaking about the glowing buttons in the library, it's a part of the eighth seal, so you can use them only if you have solved the heads riddles of the seals one to seven before
Sunken C.:
it's also the carved runes; you have i hope found them in "Under the Cape", or in some others maps
Under W.:
if you speak of the force field with an altar in it, on the second floor in the center east of the map, the solution is hidden in the throne room under it... I let you investigate a bit more
Loki's C. :
answer the question: "Who is Morrigan?" and you will find her symbols
I am not sure of what door you want to open... if it's the curtains, use the campfire in first, a pedestal or two after. if it's a spear grid, you have to open it after entering from the other side
If these clues don't work for you, I have added a walkthrough on Nexus.
I hope this can help!
