Let me know one thing. How much of those 11 euros Steam demand go to AH?
I bought Grimrock on GOG, but I would buy it again on steam if at least 90% of the price would go into AH's pockets.

If you buy the game from Grimrock.net the sale is fulfilled by Humble Bundle, which gives most/all of the money to AH
and gives you both the DRM-free version of the game and a registration key you can plug into Steam.

You're right. I actually checked my download link again, and it now provides me with an option to a steam key.
Did GoG users get a steam key?

Not that I am aware of, but they should... though it does seem an awkward thing... getting a DRM key from GoG.
It would be nice to login to my GoG account and see Legend of Grimrock: Updated; and have a Steam key in the extras.
(I'm not expecting this, nor truly requesting it either; but I'd use it when uploading mods.)

Oops well, not quite. It's free to steam users xD
Does this mean that an LoG modder who bought the game from the developer or from GoG, could choose to install Steam for the purpose of uploading an LoG mod on to the Steam-Workshop? (I am guessing not, but I do not know; do you know?)
you wouldn't be able to download one, but I don't know about upload.
