I'm equally happy with Steam or GOG, honestly I'm pretty easy going when it comes to playing games. :)

I say Nexus all the way

if you want to see new meshes, textures and the tools to get them in there
the Nexus has the largest collection of modders to get the job done

I agree. For the bigger games all about modding, like The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, and Neverwinter Nights games, their biggest Mod database and easiest to use is Nexus.

Really good news so far, I'm glad to hear them.

Another question- will the custom dungeons allow new races\abilities\professions, or is that off limits?

Unfortunately the engine is currently not flexible enough to handle new races, classes and abilities. Basically these things are hardcoded and can't be customized easily.

That's a shame, hopefully that's something to work on making modable next.
