The single hook could probably be made to work well...hmmm...interesting...

I think putting it on the wall requires a modification to the model itself. I think...

I laughed at the hat rack.
I was playing with that one too, but I was using it as a shield hook.
I just cannot get the hook on the wall though. It was designed for the pillar.

OKAY! New idea
Metal blockage as an alcove. (Will need to be as an altar, now that I think about it.)
Only what would we hide in there, hmm?
You'd also have to place it in a manner similar to how cave-ins are placed. (accessible only by one side)

Once I've tried to make a goromorg statue fourway acting like an alcove, for placing scrolls on it (if I recall correctly in the base game you can find a scroll on it once).
For some reasons the model shifted forward and it wasn't in the middle of a square anymore.
I should try that again...

If you turn a floor object into an alcove, it'll place itself against a wall.
You might be able to fix this by defining it as an altar.
