Minotaurs can probably be made from the ogre model.

Years ago, I did play around with deforming the LoG1 ogre; before we had the exporters that would allow building an animated model from scratch.

Nowhere near to my "modeling skill" :D
Most I did so far was taking an example from good old Dr. Frankenstein - Taking things apart and combining different parts from different models

I want a gelatinous cube monster.. that swallows the party and items (like the rat swarm attack)

I didn't make it per se, that is actually THE official ogre model [an OBJ copy of it], deformed using the sculpt brush in Blender. I had been hoping to keep the vertices intact (just moved a bit), to see how the game animated it when imported.
[blew up badly :lol: ]

If you are using Blender, definitely try out the sculpt brush. It lets you reshape a model as though it were clay.

I was working on one a while ago; but it's been on the back-burner lately. I'm trying to finish both my room, and a "Founders' Sphere" for the ORRR3 mod.

** I do plan to make the cube ~if no one else does it first; (and perhaps even then ;) ).

I suck at everything artistic related :lol:
Most artistic I ever got included taking ready pieces and editing them into something else.
Excluding Frankensteining stuff, best I ever did was a pixel sprite, that didn't even have shading :v

I've been wondering the same thing. [It's an equipment item in the ORRR3 mod, that has no model or icon ~yet; but it's been used by the designers, and I said I'd make a model for it.]

Haha awesome, really warms my heart :D

Got news on the overall pack -
Final update coming soon, packing some awesome treats for y'all to use.
After that and a small minor thing I'm working on outside of Grimrock, I am finally going to start my own custom scenario! \o/
