I have 5 statues. I think I figured out where tu put 4 - skeleton, snail, ice guardian and crowern.. Now I don't know where tu put an ogre.. or shall I find more somewhere else? I can still go to forest I think, but I guess I should be able to solve the library right now.., right? Thanks!

yes, every item that you must put in the alcoves can be found in the library.

for the ogre statue it's about hungry. for the other items to find, the magic scrolls are useful.
Ok.. So, it's moreless what I thought. But still too difficult for me. Too many "possible" combinations (and without any "click" sound, I am loosing my nerves..

Invisible shield - that is just a shield, right?
But these, I don't know:
A star thrown to the shadow.. - Lightning bolt?
Every wizard needs me. ?? - Fireball maybe?
I am more precious than gold. ??
I walk on this earth again. ??
No injury resist me. ??
Time has no influence on me. Maybe darkness??

I'm always late = snail statue

Now Im playing with imported party, but I managed to kill him with new party too (previous run) I can say this: first get rid of small ones.. and than the big one - you just have to run a lot, he is slow and don't forget - you can climb the ladder and rest there anytime, he is not able to punch you there and those fires on the floor, they wont hurt neither..

Thanks, yes - I was wondering what is the wall-hint.. I thought there will be "something" about it but first I am gonna solve that alcove quest.. I don't know, maybe it was really my stupidity, but somehow, from the first descpriction ("Library keeps the secret..", I fixed to myself that I have to look for spells only (+those 5 statues)
the golems in the undermine abys are to hard!! first golum nr one,, and then the 2 brothers!!!!
i use a christal from the lake to made the earth key.. and i put the earth key on the buddha by the mine entrance, bu witch door or passage is gonna be opened now??
