I am stuck at the beginning though. Nice to see those altars are mostly decorative. I was pulling my hair out trying to do some combinations. I will keep looking.
PS - Man I am tempted to spawn a torch using console...

Ah, well just put the blue gem in the eye socket of that demon head and a door should open. xD (not gonna spoiler that cause it should be fairly straight forward. ^^; )
Torches don't become available until maybe half way through the dungeon, but you can always cast the light spell with Spellcraft at lvl 5.
Soon you'll learn there's no need of torches. At the start I was crazy about it, but as you play you'll get used to the dark enviroment. When I finally found torches, I never used them
Well, this module is pretty weird. There are some awkward decoration here and there. Like unbreakable tapestries hiding goromorg statues.
I am stuck at level Dining Quarters.

Does anybody know how to open any door at the west room, after passing the pit room? There is not a single hint around. Tried activating those altars; several combinations to no avail.

Yeah I really need to get a better hint for that part. =/ (and those tapestries or gobelines can't be hit unless there's a wall behind them for some reason. They are just there for decoration anyway)

But what you have to do is stand on the dark pit in front of the metal door and wait a few seconds.
