Funny enough, it was my dabbling with buttons that made me want to switch to levers.

Related: I just turned a regular wall button into a hard to see secret button.

We definitely could use more hard to see buttons as the current "secret" buttons aren't so secret anymore.

Alcoves with unclickable objects in them until we can crack into animations I suppose.

Torch holders can be done in the same fashion. Should I?
Who doesn't want a marble torch holder?

Progress: 37 custom torch holders.
Progress: 22 custom lanterns.

I can make it so the the torches don't clip. Is that alright?
I'm planning on retexturing the lanterns as well and releasing the torches&lanterns as a combo pack.

Edit: Perhaps the best way to do a lantern that is lit without a torch is to define it as a decoration, and place a torch particle system on it.

That's what I'm hoping for. Braziers and lanterns that are lit with a torch but do not consume it, or use a new item... the "flint and tinder" and they either stay lit like an everburning torch or they fade out over 15-30 minutes.

I want to light my dungeons with lanterns n junk but i don't want players to get access to hundreds of torches.

Batty did something like that. It should be featured in the first post of the Custom Alcove thread.
