I infer that you have never, ever, in your life thought a game was fun but had room for improvement?
This game needs no changes. That is my opinion. It is an almost exact clone of DM..One of my very best memories in gaming. I have been waiting for this game for 15-20 years. Therefore regardless of what you people say needs to be changed ..My opinion is not going to change. You have your opinion and I'll have mine.

Wow.
I bet the devs feel really stupid about their work on the upcoming patch, then. What with them making changes in it. Guess the joke's on them; some guy on the internet is buying himself some fanboy credibility, and the currency is an unshakeable belief that no change could possibly improve the game, ever.

Can you read? Did I not write that "I enjoyed the game immensely"?
You need to put more faith in the developers. They know what they want, they aren't going to listen to suggestions that would ruin the game.
So neither you nor ragomer need to step in attack those who make ridiculous suggestions.
Oh and in case you didn't know I have not been, "Bombarding the developers with stupid ideas". I haven't suggested shit.
And another thing LoG already is a modern Game.
Here is a quote from the front page "Legend of Grimrock is a dungeon crawling role playing game with an oldschool heart but a modern execution."
Although I don't even know why I'm continue, you'll just take everything I say the wrong way.
Well if your not arguing for changing the game, dont get in the debate. I wasn't even talking to you in that case.

You are making the mistake of assuming that everyone wants the DM formula changed. That's not the case.
Most changes people are asking for are specific to Grimrock. Such as mapping the spell symbols to the numpad, quicksave, etc.

Mapping the spells to quick keys..So you can blast them off rapid fire. THats the kind of stuff I am talking about. This is all about dumbiing the game down and making it easier.
Quicksave does not change the game however. But I have seen outrageous stuff requested.. that would change it in to a totally different game.

What the fuck, seriously.
You weren't talking about that at all. You said you didn't want the game to change to far from DM. Your points have no solid ground because you keep changing your argument.
Some people, for your information, are not as dexterous with a mouse. I can do LoG spells pretty good, so I wouldn't need the numpad, but others are not as good.
And learn the game for fucks sake, there is a cool down period so either way you can't "blast them off rapid fire".

Well then don't play the game..That would positivelly ruin the game if I just click on spells to fire them off or click hotkeys. ANybody for WOW...
You cannot enter the spells fast enough to run into any cool down period. I have never had a spell not ready to fire in battle as soon as I entered it.
Heaven forbid the game actuallly take a few skills...WHy don't you try moving around a little instead of trying to stand there toe to toe and do battle. the game is a dance. You 'll find you have plenty of time , and you take a lot less damage.

As I said, I can do spells in Grimrock fine, but others may be physically unable to do so. And they shouldn't be barred from playing this game because one person doesn't like accessibility.
And for your information, this game wasn't developed for you, it was developed for anyone with an interest in the genre.
