I got the Bundle for Android 2, but downloaded the versions for Windows PC a few weeks before the pre-order for LoG came out. Then when I pre-ordered LoG, I got an email that came from Humble Bundle. LoG was the only download on that unique page, no other games came with it.

You have to re-install it from your Humble URL. Make sure to uninstall first, don't worry your saves will be fine.
