Oh - the alcove is a red herring in this case.

Hello Thom,
I'm down in the mine, on the first level, having found that I need a pickaxe that I don't have to progress in the lower level. So i'm back here trying to open the doors where I presume the pickaxe is hiding. I got through the door marled l.llll.lllll but can't for the life of me think how the semi-colon and comma marks on the other doors relate to what I can do with the levers. The shovels and torches hint that they may be important, but I just can't make the connection. Help!

Upps - I never thought that the number of shovels snd torches could be understood as a hint. :shock: Sorry for confusing you.

But there IS a hint in that room. Have you looked in all repositories?

Okay i'm on the wizardry and im REALLY stuck, almoste starving, i can't find what to do with the 3 blue crystal button and the light balls, can't disable those teleporters... i filled all those alcoves

As I wrote somewhere before: The Archive of Wizardry is almost one big puzzle - but it's optional. The alcoves are not involved in that...

The only thing of importance is the hallway behind the two doors in the north-west corner.

Hi Thom, I am in Leech lake central area and I can't get past the tree. I have followed your hints on page 8 and I'm still stuck. Please help.

Oh wizardry is optional okay... (Still i cant find how desactivate those warps... i guess i will give up) But i need an another Hub key so for the gardens ? i'm suppose to find one in wizardry no ? or there is two key somewhere ? can't find the key for open the gardens

[I cannot get the grate under the trunk, in the alcove to blow bubbles. The two crates in the alcove to the North don't seem to do anything. I must be doing something wrong, but don't know what/spoiler]

Well Chris, he can't be more clear than what he already say:

There is only 4 good spot to place the stone, il u placed 3 good but 1 wrong it's not working. Try to put the stone on a bubble spot then check if the tree moved up and if u can pass trough, if he not moved, the bubble spot is not the good one, try with every bubble spot you see
