Unfortunately there's no cheat code or way to open the door in any other way than through the riddle. :-/

If you give me the id of the door, i can use the function open to open the door, isn't it? I am not familiar with the cheat of legend of grimrock.

There is a scroll (you should have found when I look at the maps) where the stuck doors are described (which are preventing you from entering the upper right quadrant of the second image).

Just click several times at the bottom corner of the stuck doors to pry them open.
