MQ is a young mod so this point may still require some tweaking.
Actually I didn't even see the wall text the first time. I was just blasting through the level based upon memory. I am more observant now.

I haven''t found out what to do with the: "all bridges must be burned" and accompanied lever?
On level 4.

In that area you have to
build a bridge by taking items off three plates. Well, in order for that lever to work properly you'll need to unbuild any bridge sections you've built by putting items BACK ON those plates

or simply go to that lever before picking anything up

hint
if you try it a few times a new hint scroll will show up.
full spoiler
flip fake lever, step a couple steps east, then step back to real lever, flip it to open door, go inside and push noisy button

Being lazy with this mod is not helping : )
Better keep the new notes safe ...
But need some help in hallways
dont know what to do with the lever and the two buttons (one right/one left) before the door ... No hint found and stuck...

I could also use some help finding the last secret on level 2. Right now I have 10 secrets at the stairs down to level 3.

Cant find out what is the right combination for lever and 2 buttons on level 5. Any help please?
