It's just a matter of understanding because I didn't buy it couse I wanted on the Ipad ... now it passed quite a lot of time and no info was released , instead seems they turned to LoG2 ...

It is just a matter of honesty to say , no it will never arrive on Ipad , or yes we are working on it , be patient ...
AFAIK, the base game actually ships with the Ipad GUI assets in the resource files. I'm pretty sure they had the game running on the Ipad in-house; and they stopped adding features partly to avoid a split code-base. I've no idea when it will be announced, but have no doubt that it will come along when they're ready.

THIS is my strong guess too. With most of the current/new Apple hardware featuring Retina displays and LoG's lighting engine requiring quite some power from the available graphics chip this reason to hold development seems quite natural.

What also needs to be considered is that iOS stuff very likely needs to be sold thru Apple's App store who prolly ask too much a revenue.

I do not see the issue , if the game already run on their previous Ipads and there are games like Infinity blade that are graphically exceptional ...

All I would like ot have is a Yes or Not ... On if will it come or not and eventually how much longer shoudl we have to wait .

And above of that The Ipad woudl reach thousands or hundreds of thousands of users , I do not think that a small fee taken by apple woudl stop or prevent any monetary revenue for the developers of the game .

From what I've seen of Infinity Blade (on Youtube  ), it looks like very simple geometry for the backdrops, and only one or two opponents on-screen at a time. Grimrock not only loads the entire level (AFAIK), but also the runs events on the level below (and perhaps above); and the game can have many enemies onscreen at once. [Just guessing of course] I can imagine that LoG might play fine showing an empty room, or with one or two enemies... but it would not surprise me if the game got choppy during common conditions with roaming enemies and particle effects.

We are talking of a game that is mimicing the Eye of beholder type of game , The only Ipad alone is way more powerfull than the old Amiga ... I realy doubt that it has any kind of problem running the LOG game .
Also the animations do look quite simple and based on square movement or attack defense etc ... It doesnt look so complex to justify the need for next gen ipads ... I catually think could run also on the Ipad 1 ...

Your missing some things there. We were already shown examples of comparative graphics to many other games (such as WoW, admittedly ones with lower end graphics) and grimrock is usually much better. Also phone/tablet games such as Infinity Blade have exceptionally simple lighting and particle effects, grimrocks would likely lay an Ipad 1 low pretty fast.

The complex thing is something you did not note: LoG's lighting engine. It requires a LOT(!) of GPU power and with current iOS Retina products featuring resolutions larger then 1920x1024 HD available computing power is a real issue. Well one could settle with LoG's low rendering option but who wants a moderate looking game on an HD+ display?

Those are all speculations , the game was beeing dveloped for ipad in the beginning ,so why should not work now as well?

Anyway I would just like to know an official answer on. If or not the ipad version is coming and eventually when.

That's not how software development works, unfortunately.

No official word means that the ipad version hasn't been forgotten, and they're looking for ways to make it happen that:

a) meets their quality standards
b) doesn't bankrupt them

They'll announce when there's something to announce.

Speculation is that the iPad is able to deliever anything near the GPU rendering power of a halfway current graphics cards. Also LoG was in delevopment long before the iPad existed.
