Congratulations Almost Human !!! I just finished the game, and i enjoyed every little bit of it !
I totally re-lived my Dungeon Crawling years and i Thank You for that !

I wish there was a way to open the doors on that map... can't seem to find any keys anywhere and i'm one of those completionists... Kind of a bummer too that once the battle starts, the door won't open anymore ;s couldn't go back to finish up loose ends. Overall very very well done
will def replay it when i get over the nightmares of giant cubes crushing me over.. and over... and over... and over ... and overrr..... argh !

While the way back up gets closed, the doors in the final encounter can be opened. I'm not 100% sure on this, but i remember reading someone saying the spawned mobs may drop keys.
After I got the weapon of power, I found a key near where the cube escapes from:
Here's what's behind each door
Western door: Lightning Rod
Northern door: Sack - Contains 4 health potions
Eastern door: 4 Lightning bombs

Actually, if there's nothing blocking you like this

it does like 30-ish damage and pushes you into the empty square.

As for the ending, thought it was kinda "meh" - the cube idea was cute and fitting, but the story, as it was, felt like it was leading to something a little but more than it was.
Still a great experience - BRING BACK MORE FP-GRID-RPG's!!!!
Anyone have any recomendations on a similar game that doesnt run like crap on modern hardware?

Finally completed, however need to start new game as I missed lot's of secrets.
Did I see correctly, there wasn't a single word in ending, not even congratulations text
douh. And I didn't have much time to read what cube said. Great game anyway !

Its first person, but not grid based, based in the same sort of tunnels/underground enviroment, it too has a very unique, imo absolutly kickass, magic system, the game is called Arx Fatalis.

It's great game!!! Especially after a complete disappointment of bullshit like Skyrim or Dragon Age 2.
4/7 treasures found. I'm try to find all next replay.
