I just tried it and I can confirm.
Put an object on the first plate, go to the second plate, put an object on the second plate and the green windows open.

I thought the sources of Chaos Key were lost but I found it !

Ok --- I will try one more time. There are three plates that I believe are part of opening the green windows.

Plate One is by the green windows and has the message to go find the second one.

Plate Two is in front of the message 35 seconds. When something is placed on this plate it opens the door the the left.

The Third plate is inside the alcove to the left of the second plate.

Is there a specific order to activate these plates

OR

Is there another plate I am missing and not part of the description above.

Pandofox already said that two plates have to be activated (and stay that way -> leave the item there) to open the green window, not three.

The 35 seconds message refers to some other puzzle, not the green window. AFAIR it's the time you have to complete the sequence to reach the stairs past all those doors.

I am assuming the second plate is not the plate that opens the door by the 35 second message.

So where specifically is the second plate.

I still hope you'll recover the Master Key sources, or that someone succeed to unpack (maybe AL when LoG II will reach 500000 copies )
