Still here. Got an half built room with some cool visuals and ideas, but no implemented puzzle or fight yet. If anyone has a wish to combine rooms with a side-story, feel free to tell me. My story needs to belong to a bigger story.

Sorry if I'm taking long on the room guys. Going ad hoc on this one as I forgot my original plans, and became busy in personal life.
Floor one's layout is finished, and I'll probably start the bottom and top in a couple hours. Then to fill it with treasure and baddies and puzzlers =D

I think if there's one thing we all know, it's how "real life" has a way of sneaking up and grabbing you by the throat when least expected. Take your time. I know I'm not going to have a 48 hour turnaround; that's for sure.

Just informing I am still around, although mostly lurking. It appears free time doesn't equal me working on Grimrock mods... a shame.

But I will take some time out for doing my part for this mod, rest assured.

Neikun's done soon with his room, so who wants to go next? In order, the next people in line are normally:

- spiderfighter (if he's available)
- ciccippici
- Krazzikk
- MarblemouthBTW
- Kuningas

Just tell me if you're ready to roll! :D

(BTW, we're missing in the original list, but I can't update it, so if spiderfighter's around, you can fix it up!:
Leki in room 16,
Msyblade in room 18,
Diarmuid in room 19,
Xanathar in room 24)

And rooms 1 & 21 are still vacant... :!:

The object is to make a challenge that provides the player with a key? (I haven't yet played the first RR dungeon.)

Yes, you have a maximum of 9x9x3 space to work with, and the reward for whatever you do in your room is to get a swirl key.

Every 4 rooms, there's 3 doors that require swirl keys to open. So the players don't have to do all the rooms if they find some too hard. So all in all, 16 keys are required to get to the top of the dungeon, there's 8 extra that will be used to access additional treasure, secret bonus rooms, bonus puzzles and the like.

Great to see you coming on board!

If you wish, I can send you the latest version of the file to see how it looks like. You can also start designing your room in advance if you want to, and just merge it in when you're ready. If you name all your stuff with a prefix like isaac_alcove_1, it should be easy to copy paste from your dungeon.lua to the main file without creating duplicates and other conflicts.
