It's a question of speed.
You've got to open the gate then run to the button to fire the ice before the gate closes

Wow. What can I say. Just finished it and I have to say that this mod has been the best I've played so far. Not only has it been well thought out but it's replayability is good too.
A tad too tough in places but as long as you remember to save often I found it tolerable. Well done, Drakkan, and thanks for creating it.

I am also very soon releasing version3, with some graphical upgrades and some new custom stuff around.

Looks like I'm playing version 2a. If that's not the newest then I'll download the latest and play again.
I see it's version 2c now. When is 3 due?

version 3 - probably last final version.
- graphical changes (scrolls, some recolored creatures)
- new custom objects
- some dungeon improvements (ressurection amulet is working etc..)

Hi There,
I just completed your mod and I want to congratulate you and the other contributors for your excellent work. I really enjoyed myself. It was a fun adventure. It was challenging enough to keep me engaged but not too difficult where I got overly frustrated. A few items of feedback..
1. I found it difficult to budget my food appropriately. Just before the ice levels I was in sorry shape and starving for food but once I reached the ice levels I found there was much more than needed. I recommend you put a little more food before the ice levels and a little less beyond that. The difficult puzzles were before you get to the ice levels where you spend the time thinking and figuring things out and consuming food. By the time you get to the ice levels it's pretty straight forward and not a lot of need for food.
2. I also recommend that you label the levels a little better. Not that the journey has to be in order from level 1, 2, 3, etc. to make it too easy but just a little more intuitive.
3. Also, a couple of times I missed things like a button under a banner and missed picking up keys. I think it's more of a graphics limitation then anything else but maybe you could make the items pop a little more. I see you had a nice shine on the coins. Maybe applying the same type of principle to keys to make it a little easier to see. I don't think your intention was to make them difficult to see. As I said, I think it's just the game graphics limitation so you may need to amplify the items to make it easier for the player.
Having said all of that, I thought this was excellent. I was extremely impressed at the planning and the level of thought it obviously took. I will definitely play it again and be on the look-out for anything else you publish. Congratulations!!

thanks a lot for your feedback Pagus. I am glad you liked the mod. version 3 is out !
just brief reaction on your points
1. - I add more foods in last version and more in version 3. I hope this will be sufficient for majority of players.
2. - I tried to add more numbering and more explanation to labels, should be more clear now (for example - High Tower 4 now leads to High Tower 5 - High Cleric Chaamber etc...)
3. - to be honest this WAS my intetniton, to use these graphical limitation to give players more challenges
Yes, I am bad guy... I agree that Skull Key is very hard to see under the water, but hell yes, in reality it would be also very hard to see under water
the same is for some buttons. I always tried however to make solution nearby, so you do not need to backtrack far away.

Also I'm "stuck" at:
High Ranking clerics door. Level 22 High Tower level 1., I have the 3 skeletons on the cage, but nothing happens =S

hello. eh, this is weird. I retest to be sure and its working fine. Never had problem with this in past. In older versions (like1) there was pits in the middle of this room and you need to open it under skeletons, but I suppose you are playing some newer version (like 2 or 3). Make sure you have trapped three LIVE skeletons on each of middle plates. Let me know if its still not working cause its really weird.
