But in the original game (like I said in my post) we can wait after the first plate and before begin to push the three buttons.

Good evening Komag,
I finished your MOD last night, this was a long adventure but with a good tournament and well thought jigsaws
Here some statistics:
Play Time: 29h10m (I took my time..)
Secrets Found: 104/120
Treasures found: 5/7
Gold: near 6000
You did the good work, congratulations
P.S.: Just two small non resolved things:
On Level 10, just near the stairs to Level 11 (at East), there is a pit with a lever, I jumped in the trap > Level 11, I closed this trap with lever, and... nothing. Does to what serve this lever and this trap ?
On Level 11, I never arrived to go beyond the two gates (One East, another North) that separates this level (on original LOG, I jumped from a trap of Level 10). You can say me how there to go?

The pit in the room with the scavengers? I'd say it's purpose is a monster disposal system

As in the original you need to jump the right pit.

Hello.
I am playing this awesome mod but I am stucked on level 9 (Goromorg temple I):
I am in a puzzle room with four alcoves where you need to put something for answering four riddles:
They read:
UNRAVELLER OF MYSTERIES (Solved)
GAME'S BANE WITH HEAD OF STEEL (Solved)
TEAR OF THE LAND (No idea)
SEVERED DREAD (No idea)
I have tried several things from my inventories but to no avail. I hope I don't need anything discarded earlier...
Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

If they are what I think they are then I am pretty screwed up. I haven't got any of those in my inventory right now. I will have to go back and check. What a PITA. Thank you very much, by the way.
OK. I was lucky and those things weren't too far, but... I HAVE FOUND WHAT IT SEEMS TO BE A BUG, easily triggered. When I go back and forth the pillared hallway, the game exits abruptly with a BEX exception. It seems it does that when traversing it on the right side. I had to download a saved game several times. The last one it worked by traversing it through the middle lane.

Well I've never heard of that, is there an error message? I'd like to get to bottom of it and fix the problem if possible - perhaps you can send me a save game file that has the problem?

No. Not a single error message. The screen turns black and the game exits abruptly to desktop with a popup saying grimrock.exe encountered an error blah blah with a BEX exception. Here are my last 4 savegames.

Wow, that's very weird! At the two spots you noted on the map, there is what seems to be a black hole of sorts. The game reports NOTHING exists in those squares, no entities of any kind, not even walls or floor/ceiling/second-story stuff. Even if I place an item in the square it doesn't show up when I run an entitiesAt command, mind boggling.
I have no idea how that could have happened, crazy bug. I've pored over my scripting in that section top to bottom and nothing could cause this sort of behavior that I can fathom. Plus I can't even see how there could be NO entities in those squares yet we can clearly see the floor/walls/ceiling and place items there as well.
So I think there's nothing I can do about it unfortunately, but I'm glad to be aware of it at least, thanks.
