Just finished Forbidden Halls :)
Thanks you very much to the Author, it's really a great job! one of my three best MOD with Master Quest et Master Arakks Treasure

Import party, normal difficulty
Play time: 19h30mn (I took my time)
Secrets: 20/44
Treasures: 3/3

Now I'm gonna play with Nightfall: First Contact 1.1 (English version)

I've just discovered that I missed this one.
I'm stuck on Level3

I can't figure out how to access the goodies in the magic emporeum - I keep getting pushed back. Also there's a button in the room opposite and I don't see what it does.
OK. Solved.
I can't believe that I'd missed this mod. It's great.

Hello,

I'm stucked at level 8. Could someone give me an advice.

In ethereal halls when you go left there is a "circle/square" :) where spellcaster appears and when you get close he teleports away. I find that when I step to him and attack I cause some damage to him. But I'm not sure if this is the way, because I cause about 5000 dmg and he still lives. It there something that I missing.
I really appreciate any advice. Thank you.

1. How to dispose of force field blocking way to niches in Magical Emporeum? (location of Gold Dragon Statuette)
2. Architect Quarters. First combination of levers (left side- UDD, right side- DUD) written on a note works fine (and opens secret in a room), but second one (left- DDU, right- UDD) divided on 3 parts written on the walls of Old Tunnels doesn't work.
3. What to give to demon's head which need something mechanical and tasty?
I know that author of Mod doesn't answer for questions but I hope that someone will give me a hint or solution. ;)

Imho, by far the best of the mods I've played so far. And subscribed to 20 odd, finished about 16.
Stuck at one point, however: L6 - room with three buttons that shoot fireball, ice dart and poison dart into a receptor. Read the hint for majorsolara back on p14, and still can't progress.
No serious problems otherwise so far, though - must have a blank spot in a old brain :). Hope someone can help.

Very good mod indeed, excellent quality.

Atmosphere, riddles, level design is all top notch from what I was able to see. I had to give-up in level 4 (after roughly 10 hours playing!) because a particular fight (that one cannot avoid) proved too hard for me and my party (started the mod with a new party on normal difficulty). Running the mod in easy difficulty might help with that particular fight but also makes all other fights up to that point too easy.

I think I just miss the quick reflexes and the hand-eye coordination necessary in that fight, looks like it involves juggling with potions/scrolls/bombs during a fight, something my fingers just can't do. :) But the 10 hours I got out of the mod have been an excellent experience. My thanks to the creator.

It's the testament level of course - the Sea of Flesh first (Got past it with no fighting, using the snails as defense) and then the Elemental rooms ... was unable to survive a single room for longer than 20 seconds and there are 4 of them with no access to a crystal - I have no idea how people manage to get past that (and some even manage it on hard difficulty from the posts here in this thread - incredible!). No idea how they do it.

Tried everything I could think of: the bolts, bombs, potions, trying to disable the traps, moving around or not moving at all, no dice for me.

Got some time to spend on mod.
Updated to version 1.3.
Added more food and a new potion to fight hunger.
Some minor fixes here and there.

Have a nice adventuring!
