I'm near the end of this latest version and have had no issues at all.

I don't understand what you're referring to in regards to the Guardians of the Flame. Once defeated, you aren't sent to Eastern Zhaoze, but Nomad's Demise - North.

The Eastern Zhaoze block puzzle still opens the way to the Southern Zhaoze. As long as you hear the sound of the gate opening and can see text, then the gate is open.
You need to open TWO gates to enter Southern Zhaoze too.

You shouldn't be stuck in Eastern Zhaoze, because you can use the south-western teleporter there to return to the Main Beach.

Hello.

I am faring better in my second playthrough. But I am stuck at Southern Zhaoze. I don't know how to proceed. I have just activated some southern teleporters after flipping a lever a rattling was telling me not to... :lol:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. This module is great but tough.

I have several items in my inventory that I don't know what are for...

- Snail figurine
- Flask of water

I haven't been unable to the the first powergem yet (west of Easthern Zhaoze). I don't know how to open the spear gate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Man, I really need to make a walkthrough. That's not going to happen, though. Open-ended games are too difficult to do, plus I'm very busy nowadays. :lol:

The Snail Figurine is used in the north-west of Greater Grimwern Woodlands. The Water Flask is a bonus used in a later level

Now that you are in the Southern Zhaoze and have pulled the eastern lever, just head south, then south-east and continue your journey. Once you complete the Southern Zhaoze, return to the Eastern Zhaoze and you'll be able to get passed that eastern spear gate.
Collect the Power Gems and continue your journey. They are used then re-collected by the party throughout the players adventure.

Those ratlings are lairs! lol

As far as I know Southern Zhaoze southeast route seems locked/blocked.

I will check it anyway.

This is the southeastern part of South Zhaoze. What am I suuposed to do here?

OK. I managed to finished it. I found 27 out of 36 secrets.

But I had to use console to spawn a mine key.

Great VERY LENGHTY module. Very nice ideas and nice setting and plot.

On the other hand you may run into some game breaking bugs. Save a lot and on different slots.

Hi i play this and use lever to "reset" puzzle and i go to other places etc and dont have save before lever

so if anyone have this problem
you can just use spawn("pushable_block") from console to spawn block in place where they have to be

Hello

I played this mod (ver 2.0 newest from nexusmod), and make self "stuck"... In Elemental Plains in balance shrine i put two gems (Green and Red) and they CAN NOT BE REMOVED from pidestals, i think that i good do and ignore this, after some progress i obtain blue gem and... Balance Essence(!), return back and still cant remove the gems(also can place blue one on other shrine but cant remove...)
Now i have 2 Balance essences and im stucked now.
Any ideas? Maybe some console commands to remove them? Trying find some commands but they didnt work (mostly from grimrock1).

BTW: Any Compass in game? Played "Old Shool" mode and setting directions a little complicated...

Hey, Man.

I'm unsure as to why you are unable to move the gems. That whole area is designed for Essences, but I'm sure you know that now.

I'll have to look into why this has occurred, so or now, please restart from an earlier save and refrain from using coloured gems on the pedestals.
