Added information about entities and components and global functions to the scripting reference. Some text is copy pasted from Grimrock 1 reference so there might be some errors.

Will the scripting reference hold the possible hooks for objects too? Or is that coming in another section? Knowing a list of hooks would really help me right now. Take the "Exit" and "Stairs" components for example. No idea if there is a hook that could tell me when the party uses them.

Yes, hooks will eventually be documented in the scripting reference.
