This doesn't mean much to big publishers, but it might be enough, when combined with the vast kickstarter sucecess to get the indie scene much more exposure. Especially with them not going through a major publisher, Almost Human is the only logo splash that appears at startup, most modern games have upwards of 6 such splashes denoting the various teams and publisher that brought you the game (with one notable case of "This game presented by Ubisoft, and Ubisoft, and Ubisoft, and Ubisoft, and finally, Ubisoft"). I can see an upswing of small indie devs, and maybe even some guys like inExile, Almost Human and such developing a indie publisher, just for the pull on places like Steam and GoG to get more indie games there.doctor_roxo wrote:maybe now we can get some more games like this to go into development now that this game is doing well.

Definetly deserves the accolades it is recieving. Good to see it is at numero uno! Congrats and thankyou to the developers for doing such a great job!

I think LoG deserves it, well done developers. I've instantly bought the game after trying out "demo".

Nice.
It also surprised me that I haven't found any game breaking bugs. In fact, I can't recall any bugs. If there are some they must be minor I guess.

I haven't encountered a single bug or anything that has pulled me out of the game. I absolutely cannot say that about most modern big publisher RPGs I've played. Outstanding job.
I'd take one of the four wooden clubs I was carrying and just bash open doors with it.
