So i have applied the last fix u send to me, and that's works !!! (all 2D elements are back)

There are still pending issues with the patch. Once those are resolved we're going to make an official patch. Please hold on.

Turns out it actually did work. I didn't fully test the patch, and assumed there should be a background on the initial menu. Turns out tonight I tried to start a new game on a lark and found everything working well.
Looks like the patch really is real. Great job folks!
The patch worked, just the tester failed.

Can I have the patch too please? I've really been looking forward to playing this, and I only have a little bit of self control left before I install it on my work laptop and probably get fired
