I wasn't trying to imply that it's somehow bad to make a game which concentrates on few specific areas, and I'm sorry if someone got that picture.

That probably depends on how much the game sells. It probably needs to sell at least 20000-30000 copies to cover the development costs, and a lot more to cover future projects
