There seems to be information about the exact release time in another thread, I'll just post it here so people don't search around endlessly, or get their hopes up:

I'm sorry but I think you have to wait a little longer. We're trying to do a synchronized global launch on all digital distribution platforms and the Steam countdown is the best estimate we have right now. Let's see how this works out
