You could also use left click for left hand, right for right hand:

Left-click + diagonal-up/right = Player 2 Left Hand.
Right click + diagonal-down/left = Player 3 Right Hand.

More complex gestures would probably be handled better natively but perhaps a lot can be done with Lua Mods also.

I'd prefer an ALL ATTACK button like in EotB3 tbh.
Or key shortcuts (for attacks), or both.
