I'll do the tradional, 2 fighters, Rogue, and a Mage

If there's something like the Cleric in class choices i'll go:

Fighter - Human, barbarian style
Fighter - Dwarf?, Tank
Rogue - Race?, For traps, locks and DPS
Cleric - Race?, Healing and DPS

I'll choose when I have the game and when I have the game i'll call work off on the 12th

Two fighters, one ranger, one cleric

Classic style, two fighters (probably one agile, one tank), a ranger and a mage. And it'll definitely be an insectoid mage.

Best of the best (my) choice for eotb&eotb II with transfer party this:

Fighter(Paladin) - Human
Fighter/Cleric - Dwarf=Tank
Thief - Halfling
Mage - Human or Elf or Half-Elf

Each race with your own unique abilities! Remember that and take race carefully for some classes!!!

For thes 'old-school' RPG's, I've always used the same names for my parties.

Barbarian type fighter = Urgh (A barbarian doesn't need to be elequent,nor a minotaur)
Other Fighter - Barak (from the Belgariad series of books)
Rogue - Stealth
Mage - Asgard

I'm going to feel like the odd man out here but IIRC, if a game gave me the choice, I always dropped magic users.

In this? I don't fully know the options available to me (yet I pre-ordered anyways, I am such a shmuck ) so I will respond with what I sorta know from the video (which totally sold me on the game, good job there guys ), if the game lets me its going to probably be:

2 fighters, 2 rogues ... depending on what other types there is, I am imagining these guys as like the A-Team sent to prison for bullshit and now its time to blow this joint.

If possible, I'm gonna use only 3 characters (fighter, rogue and mage) ... otherwise I'll add another mage.
I hope the game will be hard on "hard" mode, but I'm confident I've got some skills and enough patience to beat the life out of all these creepy creatures even with 3 characters in my party...
