From Bioware fan, improvements to Grimrock
Re: From Bioware fan, improvements to Grimrock
If this was the bioware\EA fourm he would have been banned. Pathetic but true.

Geez, Dirge. Since when did making jokes become trolling?

No, he's not a troll.Dirge Inferno wrote:Troll;
The OP is right on with his post, which is a wonderful ridicule of bioware.
Grimrock is the exact opposite of the type of garbage bioware now makes, which is why this post is relevent to this forum. If Grimrock was even mentioned on the EA forums, it would send their "social site" into a hissy-fit and leave their forum members and writers frothing at the mouth.
Almost Human is everything bioware wishes it could be. Too bad bioware is joke, and will only be remembered for currupting and dumbing down the RPG industry, selling out the PC market to the console crowd.
Bravo, OP.

Speaking of the console crowd, anyone else looking forward to the Witcher 2 on Xbox 360? My PC can't handle it unfortunately.

The witcher isn't an RPG, it's an action twitch game with an immature sex-card minigame.Crashbanito wrote:Speaking of the console crowd, anyone else looking forward to the Witcher 2 on Xbox 360? My PC can't handle it unfortunately.
Real RPGs are played on the computer.
But this thread is about Grimrock, and how bioware could never make an old school title like this beacuse of its lack of principles and poor developer decisions.

yeah, but they have for the most part gone on to form Obsidian, or are involved with other projects.Stalkingwolf wrote:Maybe if they get those guys from Black Isle back?Dorateen wrote: and how bioware could never make an old school title like this beacuse of its lack of principles and poor developer decisions.
They are already lending support to the Wasteland 2 project.
It seems this is a time for more traditional cRPGs to rise up and reject the bioware model.
