I was cruising the steam workshop and found a mod called the Hospital.
Available here:
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f ... =114743854
The author tries to give a new theme to the game by placing the action on the present and in a horror style background.
This made me think that it would be perfectly possible to use the grimrock gameplay in a survival horror setting, using mainly melee and maybe replacing magic with psychic powers.
So I came here to launch a challenge for any modelers out there, mainly because I have no talent in that department.
All the stuff I'm going to mention would be rated Mature.
It would be nice if there were:
Wallsets:
- Hospital wallset, including:
- different coloured lines to aply to the walls
- breakable walls
- Grunge wallset (something similar to the silent hill stuff)
Weapons:
- scalpel;
- Tranq gun (to replace the bow);
- bone-saw;
- baseball bat;
Items
- Blood-pack
- medikit
- syringe
- key-cards
Decor:
- blood smear for the walls and floor
- bodyparts
- hospital posters
- medicine cabinets
- hospital lights
- small surveillance camera
- coloured stripes to put in walls
- hospital bed
- operating table
- dentist chair
- keycard swippers
Enemies:
- zombies;
And that's the stuff that just came to me head right now.
Feel free to ignore this if nobody is interested.

To alopes2222: I have already made some of those things and will probably make a few more of them.
After I'm done with the dungeon I'm making I will release the ones I have.

Don't worry about the models, focus on your dungeon. It's always nice to have a new dungeon to explore

Hi all,
Altough I know chances are minimal, still I wanted to ask if it is possible to make frost giant/ogre creature model as it was in EOB2. check picture here
http://www.oocities.org/area51/dungeon/ ... moon12.gif
I do not know how difficult it is to model something like that, but if frost ogre model should be used, enlarged and rotated, it should fit quite a well. Problem should be animation itself as ogre should crawl in the hall, not walk.
What you think ?

I was planning this anyway ~but I have yet to import an animated [skinned] creature. I'm currently experimenting with an armored snail. If I can manage that I can see about doing other designs.

Hello, just curious... Is this thread still active?
Also, I think if someone were to make a cave wallset--not like the mine wallset which already exists but a more natural cave setting--with dark, wet/damp, rough, unhewn stone walls that make for great tunnels and caverns, that would be really cool and make for a great setting for underground campaigns.
