i figured they were stretched. I guess at about 4 times the height. The hint should help. I just have 1 question: it's hard to tell if the third word is 3 or 4 letter long.

I've right-clicked the scroll on each of characters, both in inventory and in hand, facing every thing I can think of, and I've got nothing. Is the effect apparent when used?

Well... You don't need it for something you can reach.
But there is other stuff that you can reach.
Are you stuck in the cell, at the front door?
Have you really examined everything in the cell with you?

What can I reach? I feel like I've searched these 4 squares pretty thoroughly, all I've found was a few rocks and scroll.

Also consider what you can hear... anything more is really telling it outright.

I thing I just noticed. I this image and circle_layer5.png, there a spaces between what I assume are the words, but in the circle_composite.png there are trapezoid-like symbols in those places.

I noticed that later. They are spaces, but they don't show up in Corel Draw for some reason. The circle was made in Draw, but the composite was a screenshot of Notepad.exe

Dang, back again with something no one else has had to ask. In Leki's Room
after the dragon chases you and the stones collapse behind and the sign says "NOT OVER YET", I've found the secret there, but can't seem to find the way forward. All I can think is a switch hidden in the webs or a combination of chain pull, but haven't seen anything yet. Can I get a hint?
