Games are fun, sure, but you have to spend a bit of time learning them and understanding them to get the best out of them. Being frustrating is a good thing - it encourages you to get better and try again, thus improving your game. Ever heard of the concept of delayed gratification? It's most of what life is about. Unfortunately, many people seem to have lost that idea and just want instant fun and satisfaction now, without having to work for it.

Bottom line: A few minor issues don't dull much of what is otherwise an excellent modern take on a classic game type.

Recommendation: Even if you're utterly new to this specific type of RPG, there's a lot of dungeon delving to enjoy in Legend of Grimrock.
