I was wondering if anyone has figured out if the directions from the book in the ending movie were...

I was just trying to figure out if the language follows a certain rule system and what it is.
I've tried to find information about this but can't find any. Are there any translation of this text somewhere and maybe even some video showing the "discovery"?
