you can still do a strength rogue with dual light weapons. two of the best light weapons in the game use strength as bonus instead of dex.

not traditional, yeah, but doable.

She has 20 pts of armor piercing, crits 1/3rd of the time, never misses, and has a ranged attack. I'd say missle is a pretty good choice ;)
have 2 playtroughs with missles, they are not good compared to other stuff, not even close. the dmg is so low and the attack speed is to slow. throwing would be 2 times bether. it wouldnt have the armor piercing, but the raw DPS is way higher. you go 5 throw, 5 crit, maybe 3 evasion for 10% attack speed and other in accuracy. rlly disapointed with missles, there are no good missle wpn's compared to others :(

Well, even if it isn't optimal I find it enjoyable, and I don't feel like I'm at a disadvantage for speccing into it.

tbh i am a sucker for ranged wpn's, love them in games, and i enyojed playing with missless, but its not the most efficient way, thats what i wanna try to say. thats why i am disapointed with them, i hoped all would be almost the same in terms of efficiency, balanced. i didnt fell the armor penetration usefull, at least i didnt fell it was. i only noticed the mini rock golems haved a lot of armor, maybe the armored skeletons and turtels, but nothing else. all naked flesh

I have made my rogue with similar STR and DEX values. Currently 15/16

By the way. I thought rogues dual wield penalty was -25% instead of the regular -40%. Did I miss something?

steelsoldier wrote:Honestly I also agree with that, I know that strength would influence how hard you throw objects, but there are weapons that the way you throw them you need to be agile in order to throw them efficiently and with as a much deadly accuracy as possible.
For efficiency and accuracy, being agile is nice, but being well-trained (aka skill ranks) is much, much better.

That's correct. Check the rogue class description on that one.

I repeat: check the class description. You are looking at the skill description.
