Unfortunately I am saddened by the fact that I pre-ordered mere days before it went on discount. :(

Guess I shouldn't have jumped on the wagon so quick and waited til closer to release but didn't figure
GR2 would have any sort of discount BEFORE release..only perhaps sometime after to renew interest.

Oh well. Still, GR 1 was an awesome game and definitely looking forwards to playing GR2.
The same discount has been there (or at least SHOULD have been there) since the beginning of the pre-orders. If you want to make sure, you can check out your receipt and see if the correct discounted price is there. :)
Awesome, thanks. I double checked and realized that it was in fact the lower price. Evidently I just didn't realize the HB price was the discounted price versus normal. Very glad to know!

It will be available on 15th October. I don't know GOG's exact schedule but games bought via Steam, our site and Humble Store will go live around 9am PST (4pm UTC), at least according to the current info I have.

I preorder the game from your website (because you guys deserve every Cent you cen get from the sales). I now redeemed the steam key and the game is in my steam library. Will we be able to preload the game on steam (on Tuesday or so) or will we have to wait till wednesday to download the game?

A preload won't be available so you'll have to wait until the game launches, sorry. :(

The should not be a problem because the download of Grimrock 2 won`t be as big as NBA 2k15 was a few days ago I guess. I had to download over 40 Gigs for that game.

I've also just beaten the first part, now I'm all pumped for the sequel. The image I've been confronted with most, probably was this:

Big Thanks to the team for the most intense Gaming Experience I've had in years. No Cutscenes, just Gameplay, the way it's supposed to be.
You just know it has to be game over when a spider shoves its junk in your face.
