Ah hah, yep, I walked all over the areas where I fought spiders and found it on the floor. Looks like it drops from one of them.

I'm extra careful with secrets but was frustrated with this one. So I just went through the spider areas again and found the key on floor lying at random place. Probably missed it because I was harassed by many spiders
