I've only done two Grimrock mods, "Remake" and "Master Quest" 
My earliest "published" mod is probably a mission for "Thief" called "The Spider Caves", back in 2000 or so. My earliest "mod" work would be all the custom Lode Runner levels I made for me and my friends to play, back around 1982 or so, but I wasn't cool enough to post them on any bulletin boards or anything like that.
