Grimrock

I have been busy with real life and - ironically - dedicating more time to my mod.

At least that should be out soon

I don't think the community is dying, just quietening down a bit for now. There's definitely a 'waiting for Grimrock 2' feel (in an excited way, but I'm personally planning a LoG2 mod instead of starting on a LoG mod), but quite a few of us are still checking in regularly, just not got all that much to post!

I'm sure a lot of people are enjoying the summer heat too - off on their holidays and visiting friends and family. Gotta make the most of the 2 weeks of summer if you live in the UK (and Vancouver too I'm told!). :p

I've kind of felt the board has been quiet also, probably because my mod is done so I'm not asking another dumb question every other post anymore.

I usually check in few times daily but haven't had much to say. Just playing mods for now and trying to learn Blender. And as Mr. Wordsworth pointed out, with summer here very little time available for computer sitting.

Here's my little Blender work in progress (only using a few basic commands, mostly free handing teh vertice locations)

With some sweet help - I was able to make this Drow shoot purple poison bolts.

Sorry I have not been around as much (hense I would not know what is happening with the board) ... been super busy with life in general and finishing my full version of Labyrinth of Lies (only 5 or so weeks to go and it will be done!!)

As a certainty I can say I will always be around. Grimrock is exactly what Ive been looking for for so long and Im sure the best is yet to come in the sequel(s?)!!
