Failed to publish to Steam Workshop

I can't publish on workshop too. First attempts says me about maximum size (100 mb). It's ok because my mod have 102 mb. Later, when delete some unused monsters workshop always returning an error "time out error". After 2 o 3 days with this error (and a lot of attempts) now says me another time maximum size error!!! and the mod have 97 mb. I don't understand. I try to upload the mod using the option on grimrock editor, i'm not sure if this is the only way to do.
Komag's solution not work for me.
