Hahaha that was genuinely funny.
On a more serious note, of course this somewhat of a Grimrock clone, I won't insult people's intelligence pretending it's not. It's just that Legend of Grimrock itself doesn't have much lessons to give in terms of cloning... (and that's said with a warm smile).

Hello friends,
here's our first developper update, some more info on the game, a short video and a first sketch of the world map:

This is looking incredible! I love the map, so nice to look at up close (although I think the roads are just a bit too curvy with long sweeping curves). The editor looks very promising and user friendly, nice!
I'm totally looking forward to this project. Unfortunately I cannot help with it, no time, but I very sincerely hope you are able to see it through to full fruition

Can't have enough Dungeon Crawling action. And Grimrock has definitely shown that there is a hungry market out there interested in playing new creations based on this old dynamic.
Best of luck with DarkDale!

The silhouette swords fills me with nostalgia, as I recall my elementary school days doodling swords because work was easy.

Looks very interesting !
Can't wait to play more dungeon crawler RPGs.
And I love Dungeon Master "Clones" so there is nothing to complain about that - If you know what I mean
Keep up the good work!
Regards
Andy
