And i think the issue is: "Legend of Grimrock"!= "Legend of Grimrock Pre-Order" and hence the reason why it's not downloading yet.

Same here. It still says "Legend of Grimrock Pre-Order" in the steam client.

Strangly I can buy the game on the store page. Normally that's not possible, if I own a game.

Exacly the same here, in Poland (7:38pm right now).

Stand alone download works fine, I've got the game open now!

Steam keep saying "Legend of Grimrock Pre-Order" here in Spain T.T (I downloaded from humble meanwhile)
