Just happened to see this thread after noticing that LoG is not even listed in the New Releases tab, wonder whats up with that?

Steam is a little like Gamespot. They couldn't pick a winner if it bit them on the *****.

No, it is far simpler than that. Steam can't sell the game yet, and since they can't sell it they can't make money on it. They aren't going to advertise anything they can't make a dollar on, the end.

Sorry to state the obvious but we can all search for the game and click on the results. That is because we know about the game.....My point is that it is not being advertised on steam unlike many other games that are still at the beta stage!

There are no banners on the steam splash screen. It is not in the coming soon box. Even those crappy 5 pound platform games are listed. It would be nice to see steam supporting this game more. I expect you have to pay them a fee for the game to be in the featured section. Hopefully the meta score will be high due to the hours of play required to finish the game.

Anyway, I have made sure that you have ten downloads today, so bring on this evenings release! We are going to be playing through the first level via shared desktops! Boom!!

It will show up when it is available.

I have to disagree. I cant see the game being on steam and AH selling keys without steam getting something out of it.

BTW if any dev is reading this. The game hasnt even been on the "release soon" tab for a couple days now. I'm not sure what they would be "Working on" that would keep it off for 2-3 days. Maybe an oversight but you may ask them about it.

Why are statistics if anyone have the game on steam now?

Going by those stats, only 25% of the journalists reviewing the game played past levels 3-4. Only 22% played halfway through. Take that for what you will, but it's depressing as hell for me to see all these 9/10 reviews and yet so few of the reviewers actually bothered to play the game past the beginning.
