Do you get an error message if you start grimrock.exe from Windows Explorer?

Unfortunately I don't remember exactly where Steam puts installed apps but it's somewhere under program files/steam folder. If you can't find it I'll check it out when I get to the office on Monday.

I think i've found Grimock in the app folder, i just do'nt know how to play it through internet explorer

For me, the directory is:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\legend of grimrock
Windows explorer is the thingy that launches when you tap windows-e. Internet explorer is something different - a web browser.

Yeah, I already had it too, but it still fixed it for me a couple months ago. I suggest that it may be worth a try

Ok sorry i'm an idiot, I do get an error message I get:

The Program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I have of course tried this and it didnt work

There seems to be a problem with the Steam installer. We'll fix it asap but in the meanwhile you can workaround the problem by manually installing
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
