Pull up the Grimlock world map, plenty of inspiration there for stories and ideas for new dungeons from the various locations alone.

Almost Human probably has plans for them, and there's not enough information currently available to do any good fanfiction about them. Since you don't have more than just the name, you might as well think of your own name, and not have your entire dungeon corrected by canon lore at a later time.

I was just thinking... While Petri is toiling on the editor, surely the rest of AHuman isn't sitting with their hands crossed, waiting around... :D

I occasionally play Interactive Fiction, and mostly those very short one room puzzle types. So I want to see one room puzzle levels, easy to make and fits for casual gaming. Maybe somebody can even held 24 hour "make single room puzzle" competitions :)

When I finished 'Legend of Grimrock' it was basically a game where it hit me as to say W.Y.S.I.W.Y.G., and I didn't see any room for canon at the moment. It certainly doesn't mean there won't be any in the near future with more detailed stories and backgrounds.

I love your idea of having a Greek Mythology setting. Personally, among my favorite types of levels to play. No wonder I loved 'Risen' :)

Anyway, I offer you all of the inspiration that I can possibly offer for this project, and if there is anything I can do to help, don't be a stranger.

Since I'm starting us all off, my idea is about the place in Greek mythology made by Daedalus that him and Icarus escaped from later. Thats right, the Labyrinth. The Labyrinth is a giant structure, built to ultimately contain the Minotaur. A Labyrinth is very similair to a maze, of course the main difference is actually in how you traverse it. A Labyrinth is designed to not be difficult to navigate, however, for a dungeon that would make everything to easy. So I'm switching out the cicular design of a Labyrinth with that of a square Maze. Other then that, I want to leave other notes or hints as to what happened or is happening around the world while your stuck in here. Maybe even leave a unlockable item that is their pair of wings? Maybe even allow, essentially, the Toorum mode switched with Icarus or his father.

Possibly they do have plans for them, but with a bit of imagination it's quite possible to create your own settings in the same universe without necessarily worrying about treading on canonical toes. Otherwise there'd be no room for historical fiction. Call it "alternate universe" if it really bothers you, turn it into a myth perhaps, but I can easily write a story about a hidden keep in Deathfang Ridges containing all manner of traps and monsters without treading on any toes, because it will never be known to the outside world. I have to believe Almost Human created this kind of flavour for exactly this kind of purpose. Of course, if someone comes along and says "hands off our world map names!" then that's another matter, but I'd be surprised if that was the case. How else are you going to explain the exact same creatures in your own dungeons? :)

Does it have to be a dungeon ? Could there not be room for a "World set" ? That would be awesome.

Oh man I got lots of plans. Definately a dungeon that will be harder than the original ones regarding the fights.

Problem is I got lots of stuff to do and not enough time for all that stuff allready so I will probably never make a dungeon...
