Minotaur is amazing for Rogue, go Bows and the accuracy loss doesn't matter, you just get the skull perk and you get so much added damage without loosing much stats.

And I'm pretty sure wotc have trademarked the illithids, so maybe that explains the hands
I think in theory you could have all 4ranged rogues, but it'd be pretty tough early game. Two with throwing weapons(there's enough types of them to fill 2) with shields for frontline, but preferably not minos since you'd want the dex to evade, and 2archers backline, one with bow and other with xbow(different ammo so no overlap there).

I think you could pull it off two throwing minos up front and two back line archery guys bow/xbow. There is a ton of ammo laying around just need to get over that hump of the early levels.
