Cool. Well thanks for the info guys.
It would be too much overpower if you could recharge it. Imagine that your front row fighter do fireballs with each hit plus another nuke from your mage. wtf ? So.. no. No recharge whatsoever.
I used that sword in one fight where all my party died except for my missile rogue who ran out of ammunition so I quickly grab that sword and do a pretty quick cleanup with it. I cannot immagine how OP this would be if rechargable. That sword is speacialy too strong when you realize that one rightclick for fireball is much more quicker to cast then marking 3 runes and then "rightclick".
