Turn them into horribly (and hilariously) animated bears just like the one early skyrim mod.

Thats what modding is...
Modding assumes changing most anything you want. Level editors aren't usually considered modding tools. They aren't focusing on making tools to create custom classes or redefine how stats work, etc.

If any puzzle functionality is only possible through scripting and is not broken down into dropdown menus, check boxes an flags, I will actually have to sit down and learn some basic programming :?
