level 2 stuck cant find key

im currently stuck on lvl 2 next to the porticullis by the glowing blue crystal, Ive found the first key but cant seem to find the one for the next door. any help appreciated

There are 3 total, only click them once as they wil open close the next wall section. last area has the key and a dagger if I recall right.

Reach between the bars of a cell and pick up the rags/bag on the floor. The key is under it.
